Due to the nature of our research products, All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so that we can thoroughly review the issue.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
